What counts as a render?
Each email is one render, and each PDF, on its own or attached to an email, is one more. Test sends to your own team are free.
What happens when I reach my plan’s renders?
Sends stop until the 1st of the next month or until you upgrade. There are no surprise overage charges.
How does the Pro trial work?
Fourteen days of Pro with no card. When it ends the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is ever charged unless you choose a plan.
Can I pay in rupees?
Yes. Prices show in INR for Indian browsers, and you can switch between USD and INR at any time.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Settings, Billing. Switching is prorated; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
